Built in a traditional 'alpine' style but with all the benefits of a new build; will make you feel settled in and relaxed from the moment you step in.

The private entrance opens out to a vast hallway which gives access to 4 bright en-suite double bedrooms (160x200cm), with large wardrobes, and a shower room with a toilet.

Going down the few steps you will find two other en-suites to the right. The 5th en-suite is ideal for 3 children, thanks to its bunk bed (80x200cm) and the pull-out trundle bed (80x200cm).

The additional shared bathroom will guarantee you relaxation and well-being. A laundry room with a washing machine and a dryer is at your disposal. Three of the en-suites have their own private balcony facing northwest.

The living area, 60sqm, includes a vast living room where you will have the opportunity to relax next to the central 3-sided fireplace. Large bay windows and French doors brighten up the room and going outside, you can rest on the terrace facing northeast to take in the stunning mountain views.

The fully equipped open plan kitchen-dining room with American style fridge, dishwasher, oven, micro-wave, espresso coffee machine, closet wine cellar and central large granite worktop with induction stove and pull-out extractor hood. You will find the large dining table opposite, great for sitting around to enjoy a hearty meal.

Outside the front door on the right, you will find the ski locker; and a separate designated boot room with hangers and warmers is found in the first room on the right as you enter.

Each room and living room are fitted with an HD flat-screen TV, and each shower room and bathroom is fitted with independent sound systems. Free WiFi access. The chalet is strictly non-smoking.

About Avoriaz

Avoriaz is part of one of Europe's largest ski areas, the Portes du Soleil, with 650 kilometres of pistes challenging skiers of all levels. The ski area goes over the border to Switzerland, so it is possible to easily ski in two countries in one day. Avoriaz town is a beautiful place to stay where the houses are clad in wood and cars are not allowed in the streets. If you are looking for a large ski area, with ski-in / ski-out from your accommodation, and child-friendly slopes in the centre of town then Avoriaz is definitely an option for you. In the middle of Avoriaz, there is a children's area for those new to skiing. Here is also the children's ski school, which makes it easy to drop off and pick up children for their lessons. Avoriaz is also the host of the steepest piste in the Alps, Le Mur de Chavanette, also called "The Wall". Le Mur falls under the category of "orange" piste, going beyond the traditional scale from green to black. That piste leads to Switzerland, but thankfully there are alternative routes around Le Mur. In Avoriaz, you'll also find 40 km of cross-country ski runs and throughout Les Portes du Soleil there are a total of 200 km of cross-country ski runs.
