With Skixer, we connect you with a local resident who gives you the benefit of their advice and local knowledge.

We call them Skixers, which is short for "Ski Fixer".

Think of your Skixer as your personal concierge whose mission is to help you have the best ski holiday possible.

If you choose our Lite Service, your Skixer will call you the week before you arrive and answer any questions you have.

They then buy and deliver your ski passes to your accommodation, so you don't need to queue for them yourself.

If you choose Full Service, you'll get your Skixer's WhatsApp number so they can help you get the most out of your stay.

Their job is to treat you as if you are a personal friend of theirs by helping you make excellent decisions every day of your holiday.

They can tell you where the best skiing is for the day's conditions.

They can recommend the best restaurants to you and help you get the best tables. And also let you know those you should perhaps avoid.

They can help you find special activities to make your holiday even better.

Think of your Skixer as your in-resort concierge who uses their knowledge and connections to help you have a perfect ski holiday.

With Skixer, you don't need to email back-and-forth with your accommodation, ski pass office, ski rental shop and ski school.

You can book everything, all at once, in a single reservation.

You can be confident you're getting a great price because we pass all partner commission on to you as a discount.

We also deliver your ski passes to your accommodation before you arrive. So you don't waste time queueing for those either.

The only part you need to organise yourself is your travel to and from the destination. We take care of everything else for you.

We believe you shouldn't be penalised for changing your mind.

That's why with Skixer you can cancel or change your holiday free-of-charge before you arrive.

Each accommodation has a fair and transparent cancellation policy you agree to when you book.

You also only pay a small amount upfront, with the rest to be paid direct to your accommodation.
